You are welcome to join us for the funeral which will depart from Sarah's home address shortly after 10:15am on Monday 13th November 2017. Alternatively, please feel free to join us at St Anne's Catholic Church at 10:45am for the service.
The laying of rest will take place at Woodlands Cemetery, Coleshill, B46 1DP, around 11:45am.
From 12:30pm, please join us at St Anne’s Catholic Community Centre, Solihull, B37 5DP, to celebrate the life of Sarah with friends and family.
Rather than bringing flowers, the family would prefer you to donate to the British Lung Foundation via Sarah's Breath of Life memorial. You can do this at the church, via the family of via this site: https://sallyatkins.muchloved.com.
